If we zoom in a little further on the 'Activities' section. You will see a list of all automatically registered activities. You can also make a subdivision into 'Focused', 'Other' and 'All'. For example, if you find that phone calls shorter than 5 minutes are not a priority for you, you can choose not to have these short activities appear in your 'Focused' box. Then these activities will appear in 'Other'. If you want to apply a filter on employee, project or category. You can click on the filter next to the 'Add to timesheet(s)' button.

It only takes the activities when creating a timesheet, they will then be included in the project of that timesheet.
