You can open the details of a case by using the search bar above or by clicking the matternumber in de matterlistview. Here you can choose to open the case in the same browserscreen or by clicking the arrow icon in a new browserscreen. Clicking the arrow gives you the advantage of keeping the general view in one browserscreen and details of that matter in another browserscreen.
Here you find the general details of your case including your matter custom fields. The contacts sections provides you all the linked contacts of that case feeded from your general CRM database. The pricing section gives you an overview of the priceagreement you’ve marked for that matter. You can always change the priceagreement for that specific case.
